RUSSELL BUTTS:
He has operated Heritage Custom Fabricators Inc for going on 23 years.  Prior to that worked for a machine tool builder for 13 years, spent 2 years with a manufacturer of nuclear reactors and before that 6 years with an aerospace manufacturer building Mercury and Gemini craft and F4 aircraft.  He has been exposed to everything from large fabrications to precision machining.

JIM SPARKS:
Graduate Mechanical Engineer - Vanderbilt University Has worked for an appliance manufacturer, a machine tool manufacturer, owned and operated a machine tool distributorship, managed a precision sheet metal stamping operation.  Experienced the following over his career - machine design, tool & die design, fixture design, AutoCad, production planning & scheduling.

MIKE WOODS:                                                   Graduate Mechanical Engineering - University of Evansville. He is a creative welder and machinist.  Over 30 years of experience in reverse engineering oilfield equipment and industrial equipment.  A background in gear technology and drive systems in right angle, spur, helical and herringbone gears.
